  • You can request a refund for any purchase made within the last 30 days. If the product doesn't meet your expectations, feel free to reach out to us

  • Meelio's free core is available for personal use. If you use an account-backed service such as sync, or an optional Pro feature such as Ask AI, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. One account may not be shared by multiple users.

  • Optional Pro plans may be offered on monthly, yearly, or lifetime terms. A Pro purchase gives you access to the features and term shown at checkout. Any 14-day trial is subject to eligibility and the trial terms shown before you complete checkout.

  • The features of Meelio may evolve over time, including the addition or removal of certain features, adjustments to the feature availability in free/paid plans, or transitioning parts or the entirety of the app's source code to open source. In these scenarios, refunds will not be provided unless your purchase is within the 30-day refund window.

  • The availability of Meelio's service is not guaranteed. While we strive to maintain a reliable service, we cannot assure continuous availability due to factors such as natural disasters, ownership changes, outages in dependent services, among others. Should any of these events occur, refunds will not be issued, unless your purchase falls within the 30-day refund window.

  1. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or employing the services of meelio.io, you are affirming your understanding and acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions delineated herein.

  2. Commencement of Agreement

    This Agreement commences upon your initial access or use of the meelio.io application.

  3. Free Access

    Meelio's core features are available free of charge. Sync and other account-backed services require a Meelio account. Paid Pro features include Ask AI and advanced weather; the current feature list is shown in the product before checkout. Built by Zain Zafar.

  4. Pro Plans and Trials

    If you purchase an optional Pro plan, you agree to pay the price on the schedule presented at checkout. Pro plans may be monthly, yearly, or lifetime plans. A trial, when offered, is available only to eligible users and is governed by the eligibility, duration, renewal, and cancellation terms presented before checkout. Your checkout confirmation controls if it differs from general descriptions on this site.

  5. Accounts and Account-Backed Services

    Some Meelio services use an account to provide features such as synchronization, AI functionality, or other services that require a server connection. These services may be unavailable without an account or network access. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly secure your account if you suspect unauthorized access.

  6. Disclaimer

    meelio.io does not assure that it will cater to your individual requisites or that its operation will be ceaseless or devoid of faults. All warranties or conditions, be they overt or implied, not expressly articulated in this Agreement (inclusive of, but not circumscribed to, forfeiture of profits, data degradation or loss, business discontinuance, or loss of contracts) are, as per the permissible extent by prevailing law, negated and emphatically disclaimed. This Agreement does not impinge upon your statutory entitlements.

  7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

    meelio.io does not extend any warranties, assurances, or affirmations pertaining to the quality, appropriateness for a specific objective, or other facets of the software. meelio.io shall not be held accountable for any representation (unless fraudulent), implied warranty, condition, or other term, or any common law duty, for any loss of revenue or any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims (whether engendered by meelio.io's negligence, the negligence of its agents or employees, or otherwise) emanating from or in association with the provision of any goods or services by meelio.io. meelio.io shall not be deemed in violation of contract owing to any delay in fulfilling, or failure to fulfill, any of its obligations if such delay or failure arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Notwithstanding any adverse provisions in this Agreement, in the event meelio.io is adjudged liable to you for breaching this Agreement, you concur that meelio.io's liability is confined to the amount you actually remitted for the services or software, with this amount being ascertained in reliance on this clause. You hereby absolve meelio.io from any and all obligations, liabilities, and claims transcending this limitation.

  8. General Provisions and Governing Law

    This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is engendered between you and meelio.io through your utilization of these services. You accede not to portray yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of meelio.io and acknowledge that meelio.io shall not be held accountable for any representation, action, or inaction on your part.
